At construction sites, potential accidents and the risk of injury lurk in a variety of different places. We thoroughly implement safety measure at such sites, with the safety of workers being our top priority. As a company, we engage in safety management internally, without delegating such matters to on-site operators. As part of our efforts in this regard, we hold timely workshops and conduct monthly health and safety committee meetings at our head office in accordance with revisions made to laws and regulations.

In this context, we especially focus on the cultivation of managers. We charge managers who are capable of ensuring the expected standard of quality, such as holding in-depth meetings with clients and engineers and unfailingly carrying out quality control measures at each work site. The process of cultivating engineers whereby “others teach them” invariably gives rise to a lack of uniformity in terms of outcome. For this reason, we came to know that gaps in urethane quality could also arise depending on the technical capabilities of individuals; therefore, in addition to a system of providing one-on-one education, we help determine and improve each person’s proficiency by using the scale of expertise based on the amount of urethane experience. Furthermore, we educate employees over a long period of time to ensure that each person does everything from the basics, such as cleaning and the use of work tools, to eventually acquire qualifications of work as a first-class technician. We will continue to strive to ensure that our engineers become the face of a quality brand associated with certainty.
